| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经颅多普勒(TCD)和脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)对后循环缺血(PCI)的联合诊断价值。方法采用TCD和BAEP技术对128例临床诊断为PCI的患者进行检测,评价基底动脉(BA)、椎动脉(VA)、大脑中动脉(MCA)、大脑前动脉(ACA)、大脑后动脉(PCA)的血供情况,同时对BAEP各波潜伏期(PL)、峰间潜伏期(IPL)进行分析。结果 128例患者中TCD异常率为75.0%(96/128);BAEP异常率为68.7%(88/128)。TCD和BAEP总异常率为87.5%(112/128)。TCD、BAEP、TCD+BAEP 3种方法检出率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 TCD、BAEP在PCI诊断中各具优势,分别从神经电生理和血流动力学方面为PCI的诊断和定位提供有价值的客观依据,联合应用能更全面地反映病情,提高阳性检出率。
