摘    要:目的探讨血液透析(HD)联合血液灌流(HP)对尿毒症透析患者同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)及氧化应激状态的影响。方法选择尿毒症患者100例,随机分为两组:HD+HP组和HD组,分别于治疗前、后采血检测血浆中脂质过氧化物丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)及Hcy的水平。结果两组患者治疗后MDA、SOD、GSH-Px、Hcy水平比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);HP+HD组患者治疗前后MDA、SOD、GSH-Px、Hcy水平比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 HD联合HP治疗尿毒症可使血清Hcy水平下降,改善患者氧化应激的状态。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the impact of hemodialysis(HD) combined with hemoperfusion(HP) on homocysteine and oxidative stress status of uremic patients.Methods A total of 100 patients with uremia were randomly divided into two groups:the(HD + HP)group and the HD group.Plasma levels of malondialdehyde(MDA),superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) and homocysteine(Hcy) were determined before and after treatment in both groups.Results MDA,SOD,GSH-Px,Hcy levels were significantly different betwee...
