安徽省"引江济淮"工程沿线钉螺生存能力观察

摘    要:目的 了解在“引江济淮”工程沿线地区钉螺生存情况。 方法 选择居巢区马尾河、肥西县大柏店、寿县瓦埠湖为实验观察点 ,无为县刘渡作对照点 ,观察钉螺在放养不同时间后存活率及生殖腺发育情况 ;记录各观察点月平均气温、月日照时数及月降雨量。 结果  1)各实验点的月平均气温 (瓦埠河除外 )及日照时数与对照点相比 ,差异无显著性 ,但月降雨量均显著低于对照点。 2 )计算X2 M -H表明居巢马尾河、肥西县大柏店的钉螺生存率显著低于对照点 ;寿县瓦埠湖钉螺放养 7个月后的钉螺生存率显著低于对照点。 3 )实验点与对照点相比 ,钉螺生殖腺丰满度的月份变化不相一致。 结论 “引江济淮”工程沿线地区钉螺能够生存。

Abstract:Objective To learn about the survival condition of snails along the areas where the project of leading water from Yangtze to Huaihe River will be carried out. Methods Three areas, including Mawei River in Juchao County, Dabodian in Feixi County and Wabu Lake in Shouxian County, were selected as experimental spots, and Liudu in Wuwei County was selected as a control spot; 5 cages in which 100 snails lived each were placed in each spot. During the period of study, data on monthly average temperature, sunlight hours and monthly rainfall in the above spots were collected; the survivability of snail and the dimension of living snail's spermary or ovary were observed. Results 1) There were no significant difference in monthly average temperature (with exception of that in Wabu Lake) and daily sunlight hours between experimental spots and control spot, however monthly rainfall in experimental spots was significantly lower than that in control areas. 2) X 2_ M-H analysis showed that the survival rate of snail in Mawei River and Dabodian was significantly lower than that in control spot; 7 months later, the survival rate of snail in Wabu Lake was significantly lower than that in control spot. 3) The dimension of snail's spermary or ovary varied with month and the trend was not identical among the spots. Conclusion Snails can survive along the areas where the project will be conducted.
