利多卡因在单次肿胀法吸脂术中的用量

目的研究肿胀法大量脂肪抽吸术中单次手术利多卡因的安全用量。方法采用回顾性研究。通过临床观察、研究积累病历 ,统计新的利多卡因安全用量。结果经 91例患者的临床治疗 ,利多卡因在肿胀法吸脂术中的新用量 :平均每位患者单次手术为 2 891.3mg ;其中 2 3例平均用量达 4 7.89mg/kg体质量 ,最大量为 77.36mg/kg体质量。所有纳入研究的患者 ,没有因利多卡因过量而出现毒副作用。 结论本临床研究中 ,单次脂肪抽吸术中新的利多卡因用量均值为 4 7.89mg/kg体质量 ,最大用量目前已达 77.36mg/kg体质量。如果必需 ,不排除再增加用量的可能。

THE DOSAGE OF LIDOCAINE IN LARGE-VOLUME ONE -TOUCH TUMESCENT LIPOSUCTION

ObjectiveTo discuss the safe lidocaine dosage in one-touch large-volume tumescent liposuction. MethodsRetrospective study was adopted. Get the safe lidocaine dosage by clinical observation and accumulated-cases study. ResultsFor the 91 patients treated in the series, the average lidocaine dosage during one -touch large-volume liposuction was 2891.3 mg for each patient. The new maximum lidocaine dosage for one patient was 77.36 mg/kg in one-touch tumescent liposuction. For 23 patients out of the 91 patients, the average lidocaine dosage was 47.89 mg/kg body weight (B.W.). No side effects were observed in any of the cases included in this study. ConclusionIn the clinical study, the new average lidocaine dosage was 47.89 mg/kg B.W.The new maximum lidocaine dosage reached 77.36 mg/kg B.W. If necessary, the amount of lidocaine dosage may be increased again.
