| 摘 要： | 目的 确定附子理中缓释片的安全剂量.方法 对小鼠灌胃给药进行急性毒性试验和药效学试验,观察不同药量不同时间小鼠的反应.结果 测得小鼠的中毒剂量为585 mg/kg,安全剂量为313 mg/kg.结论 人体每日服用附子理中缓释片2次,每次2片是安全的.

| Abstract: | Objective To obtain an average safe dose of Fuzi Lizhong sustained-release tablets. Methods A series of tests of pharmacodynamics, toxic dosage and lethal dosage was made with oral aqueous solution administration in mice, the reactions of mice with different doses at different times were observed. Results The average toxic dose was 585 mg/Kg and the average safe dose was 313 mg/Kg. Conclusion It is safe for human to take Fuzi Lizhong sustained-release tablets with two times daily and two tablets every time. |
