| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨新辅助化疗对乳腺癌细胞周期的影响。方法:应用流式细胞仪检测20例新辅助化疗组和对照组乳腺癌细胞S期比例,DNA含量,细胞增殖指数(PI)。结果:新辅助化疗组对化疗的总反应率为100%,均为轻度缓解。新辅助化疗组DNA指数(DI)、PI、G1期、S期与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:新辅助化疗可以降低PI与增殖活性。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the effect on cell cycle in breast cancer of neoadjuvant chemotherapy. Method: the cell cycle of 20 cases of human breast cancer after neoadjuvant chemotherapy and 20 cases of a control group were examined by Flow Cytometry(FCM). Results:In the neoajuvant group, the total response rate is 100%-all patients achieved a mild response. The tumor cell DI of the neoadjuvant group is significantly different from that of the control group(P<0.05),and according to the cell cycle analysis the PI,S-phrase proportion of the neoadjuvant group is significantly different from that of the control group(P<0.05).The G1 in the neoajuvant group is significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The neoadjuvant chemotherapy can degrade the proliferation index and the proliferation activity. |
