湖北省钟祥市长寿镇102例高龄老人综合因素的调查分析

对钟祥市长寿镇１０２例高龄老人进行了综合因素的调查分析：被调查者年龄７７～１１２岁，平均８４．２３岁，男女之比为１：１．３７。均世居农村，仅１３例由外迁入；６８．５６％的老人能参加轻体力劳动，１２．７５％能参加中等体力劳动；性格乐观开朗，性情温和者６５．６９％；近期饮食以高热量、多谷类、多蔬菜为特征；其中１０１例在幼年至成年期有饥饿史：老人以身矮、体轻、正力型居多。一生很少生病。除遗传因素外，经多元逐步回归分析发现，长春与下列外界综合因素相关：在该地居住年限，以粮谷类加新鲜蔬菜为主的高热量饮食，适度不间断劳动，乐观开朗及温和的性格和幼年至成年期的饥饿史。

Comprehensive longivity Factors or 102 Senior Citizens in Zhongxiang City, Hubei Province

Comprehensive longivity factors of 102 senior citizens of Zhongxiang city, Hubei province were investigated. The oldest age was 112 years with the mean age of 84. 23, male:female ratio was 1:1. 37. All of the elderly are natives in this rural area except 13 of them moved from other rural area. They drink water rom the "longivity" river, and most of them do physical labour, 68. 63% of them can still do some slightlabour, 12. 75% of them can do moderate labour. All of them are optimistic, 65. 69% have good temper.Their food are characterized with high quantity of heat,more grain and vegetables. most of them are short,light weighted with normal bodily fuilt. Investigating the longivily factors, besides the heredity factors,through step-down multiple regression, then years lived in this area, more grain and vegetables. proper physical labour, good temper are important.
