自杀患者的原因及心理状况分析

目的探讨自杀患者的自杀原因及其心理状况。方法采用症状自评量表调查102例自杀患者的心理状况,并与常模进行比较。并分析其自杀原因。结果自杀患者心理状况差,处于忧郁、焦虑、偏执状态,人际关系较差。心理特点为自卑绝望、情绪低落及意志悲观消沉。结论对于各种因素所致的自杀患者,除了进行精心的治疗和护理外,更应重视患者的心理护理,以提高自杀患者的疗效,防止再自杀。

The Cause and Psychoanalysis of Suicide Patients

Objective To explore cause of suicide and mental state.Methods Symptom Assessment Scale investigating 102 cases of suicide in patients with psychological conditions,and compared with the norm,and analyze the reasons of suicide.Results Suicide psychological conditions were poor,in depression,anxiety,paranoia state,poor interpersonal relationships.Psychological characteristics of self-despair,depression and the will of pessimism and despondency.Conclusions Various factors of suicide in patients,in addition to conducting careful treatment and care,patients should also be attached to the psychological care to enhance the efficacy of suicide to prevent suicide.
