| 摘 要： | 目的探讨晚期小细胞肺癌的中医证候与生存质量的关系.方法采用回顾性与前瞻性相结合的临床研究方法.结果晚期小细胞肺癌的中医证候与生存质量有密切的关系,随着生存质量的下降,虚证、实证逐渐增重(P＜0.01).结论将中医证候引入晚期肺癌的中医疗效判定以及生存质量中具有重要的意义.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the relation of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndromes of advanced small cell lung cancer (SCLC) and quality of life (QOL). Method We made a retrospective and prospective clinical study of 115 advanced SCLC patients. Result The TCM syndromes of advanced SCLC patients have a close relation of QOL. As the decrease of the quality of life, the deficiency syndromes and excessive syndromes increased gradually (P<0.01). Conclusion It is important to use TCM syndromes in judging TCM clinical effect and TCM quality of life. |
