亚高原地区妊高征合并肺水肿17例临床分析

目的：探讨亚高原地区妊高征合并肺水肿的发病特点与治疗方法；方法：对西宁地区17例妊高征合并肺水肿患者的临床资料进行总结分析；结果：17例妊高征合并肺水肿的患者，经高流量吸氧或正压给氧、解痉、强心、利尿和扩张血管等治疗后，大多数肺水肿得以控制，其中12例行剖宫产术，1例行产钳，孕产妇死亡2例，新生儿死亡5例；结论：亚高原地区妊高征合并肺水肿发病率、死亡率高，治疗中应注意改善缺氧状况，及时终止妊娠。

SYNDROME OF HYPERTENSION OF PREGNANCY ASSOCIATED WITH PULMONARY EDEMA AT SUBALTITUDE

Objective:To investigate the characteristics and therapeutic ways on syndrome of hypertension of pregnancy associated with pulmonary edema at mild altitude.Methods:We reviewed the clinical data of 17 cases with hypertension of pregnancy associated with pulmonary edema admitted to our hospital from May 1998 to May 2001, included in the diagnosis and treatment of disease.Results:The most of patients were controlled by inhalation of high flow oxygen and cure of spasm, heart failure etc. 12 of all patients were done hysterotokotomy, 1 cases finished foreceps delivery; 2 cases dead and 5 fetus were death.Conclusion:There is a higher mortality and morbidity in syndrome of hypertension of pregnancy associated with pulmonary edema at high altitude, and improvement of hypoxia and termination of pregnancy at time are importance in treatment.
