ki67在三阴性乳腺癌组织中的表达及意义

目的：探讨三阴性乳腺癌中细胞增殖抗原ki67的表达水平及其与临床病理因素的相关性。方法：采用免疫组织化学方法检测52例三阴性乳腺癌及310例非三阴性乳腺癌组织中ki67的表达,结合临床病理因素进行相关性分析。结果：ki67在三阴性乳腺癌组织中阳性表达率为86.5%,在非三阴性乳腺癌组织中的表达率为79.0%,二者差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。ki67在乳腺癌组织中表达与临床分期、肿瘤大小、患者年龄无明显相关性,与淋巴结转移情况具有显著相关性。结论：ki67在三阴性乳腺癌中高表达,是乳腺癌不良预后的因素。

Expression of ki67 in triple negative breast cancer and its clinicopathological significance

Objective：To investigate the expression of ki67 in triple negative breast cancer tissue and its correlation with clinicopathological significance.Methods：The expression of ki67 in 52 cases of triple negative breast cancer and 310 cases of non-triple negative breast cancer were assessed by immunohistochemistry and its correlation with clinicopathological factor was statistically analyzed.Results：The positive rate of ki67 in cases of triple negative breast cancerwas 86.5%.The positive rate of ki67 in cases of non-triple negative breast cancerwas 79.0%.The expression of ki67 correlated with lymph node status,but didn＇t relate to age,clinical stage and tumorsize.The expression of ki67 in triple negative breast cancer tissue was higher than that in non-triple negative breast cancertissue（P〈0.01）.Conclusions：There higherexpression of ki67 in triple negative breast cancertissue can determine the prognosis of breast cancer.
