中医医案及其在临床诊疗支持系统中的应用研究

通过对中医学理论发展中医案所起的独特作用及其在传统中医临床应用特点的分析。提出将医案采用案例分析的方法应用于中医临床诊断和治疗全过程。临床诊疗支持系统通过对医学专家诊疗过程思维模式的模拟，并借助医案库中丰富的经典病例，在对患者进行临床诊治过程中，为医生提供全程决策支持，同时也为中医理论信息研究提供了一条新的途径。

The Research of Chinese Medicine Case and Its Application in the Support System of Clinic Diagnosis and Treatment

Based on the analysis of the unique role of the traditional chinese medicine case in the development of Chinese medical theories and its characteristics in the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine, this paper presents the new ideas that applying case-based reasonimg to the whole process of clinical diagnosis and treatment. Through the simulation of clinic medical experts＇ mode of thinking in the treatment process, and with the help of rich classic cases in the medical case library, the support system of clinic diagnosis and treatment provides doctors with full decision-making support during the process of the clinical diagnosis and treatment for the patients, and puts forward a new way to the research of traditional Chinese medicine theory.
