脊柱定点旋转复位手法结合中药热敷治疗腰椎间盘突出症182例临床分析

目的观察脊柱定点旋转复位手法加中药热敷治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果。方法将腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为两组,手法组(182例)患者采用冯式脊柱定点旋转复位手法(坐姿)加中药热敷治疗,牵引组(78例)患者采用电脑牵引加直流电中药离子导入治疗。结果两组患者疗效间差别有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论冯式脊柱定点旋转复位手法纠正椎体位移,是调整腰椎间盘突出症时脊柱内外平衡紊乱的关键点,具有显著疗效。

Therapy of Rotating Reduction at Fixed points of Spine Combined with Traditional Chinese Herb Application for Herniation of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc(An Clinical Analysis of 182 Cases)

Objective To evaluate the effect of rotating reduction at fixed points of spine combined with traditional Chinese herb external application in treatment of herniation of lumbar intervertebral disc.Methods Total 260 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation were randomly divided into two groups: group I(182 cases) and group II(78 cases).The patients in group I were treated with feng's rotating reduction at fixed points of spine combined with traditional Chinese herb external application,while those in group II were treated with computerized traction coupled with direct current-induced traditional Chinese herb ion-introduction.Results The effective rate for patients was 98.35% in group I,and 82.05% in group II,with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Feng's rotating reduction at fixed points of spine is the key point of adjusting the imbalance between inside and outside of the spine for herniation of lumbar intervertebral disc.
