| 摘 要： | 报告先天性甲肥厚1个家系,2代共有3人患病,3例患者均有甲增厚,掌跖角化,掌跖多汗,局部摩擦可发生水疱和毛发稀疏等典型表现.先证者手、足背弥漫性角化过度，18只甲营养不良。

| Abstract: | Here is reported a pedigree with puchyonychia congenita.in which 3 family members of two generatious were affected.All patients had typical clinical features of pachyonychia congenits,such as thickening of the mail,palmar-plantar hyperkeratosis and hyperhidrosis.blister with frietion and rarefaction of hair.Prohand also had special clinical feature including diffuse hyperkeratosis on dorsal aspcets of hands and feet,and onychodystmphy of 18 nails as well. |
