| 摘 要： | 因目前我国还没有医疗集团组织框架下的人力资源管理信息系统,我医疗集团与商用软件公司合作,进行了前期调研,制定了总体实施方案,编制人力资源管理信息系统,对出现的问题不断进行改进,逐步完善了医疗集团人力资源信息系统建设。

| Abstract: | Since there is no human resource information system under the medical group framework, our medical group worked with commercial software company on pilot research, making general implementation plan, developing the human resource management information system and salving problems and finally improved the system building. |
