摘    要:延续性护理是整体护理的一部分及住院护理的延伸,使出院患者能在住院治疗后的恢复期中得到持续的卫生保健,从而促进患者的康复。医院作为一个特殊的服务机构,患者随访服务将成为医院在今后市场竞争中的重要因素,通过信息手段,建立医院客户关系管理系统,提高医院的核心竞争力。

Abstract:Continuing nursing is a part of holistic nursing and is the extension of inpatient nursing, which intends to ensure health care for discharged patients and promotes their recovery. As a special servicer, follow-up visit would become an essential factor for the competition among hospitals. Hospitals should improve their core competitiveness through informatization by establishing hospital Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
