氧气驱动雾化吸入疗法治疗小儿肺炎疗效观察

目的探讨氧气驱动雾化吸入疗法治疗小儿肺炎疗效。方法 2010年8月至2012年8月收治的小儿肺炎180例分为超声雾化组90例,氧气驱动组90例,观察两组临床疗效。结果超声雾化组总有效率64.44%,氧气驱动组总有效率92.22%,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论氧气驱动雾化吸入是以高压纯氧经过雾化吸入器将药液喷射撞击成小气雾颗粒,形成的气雾颗粒表面携带氧和药液,不会造成气体氧浓度下降,并且能够增加气体氧浓度,促进气体交换,提高氧的有效弥散及肺泡血流的氧合效率改善患者低氧血症,解除支气管痉挛、减轻水肿、通畅气道的治疗目的。总之,氧气驱动雾化吸入临床疗效优于超声雾化吸入,能够显著改善临床症状,纠正低氧血症,特别适合于存在缺氧患儿应用。

Oxygen atomizing inhalation therapy in the treatment of pediatric pneumonia curative effect observation

Objective To investigate the oxygen atomizing inhalation therapy in the treatment of pediatric pneumonia.Methods From 2010 August-2012 year in August treated 180 cases of infantile pneumonia with ultrasonic atomization group 90 cases,90 cases of oxygen driving group,two groups of clinical curative effect observation.Results The ultrasonic atomization group total effective rate 64.44%,oxygen driving groups of the total efficiency of 92.22%,total effective rate between the two groups had significant difference at P 0.05.Conclusion Oxygen atomization inhalation with hyperbaric oxygen after atomizing inhaler into the liquid jet impinging into aerosol particles,forming the aerosol particle surface for carrying oxygen and liquid medicine,does not cause gas decreased oxygen concentration,and can increase the oxygen concentration,facilitate gas exchange,improve oxygen effective diffusion and alveolar blood oxygenation efficiency improve patient hypoxemia,lifting bronchial spasm,edema,airway patency for therapeutic purposes.In conclusion,oxygen driven inhalation of superior clinical efficacy of ultrasonic atomization inhalation,can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,correct hypoxemia,especially suitable for the presence of hypoxia in children with.
