纵隔肿瘤外科手术和临床观察

目的观察纵隔肿瘤外科手术和临床疗效。方法本文选择了自2008年1月至2011年1月来我院治疗的40例纵隔肿瘤患者,对其临床资料与外科治疗方法进行了回顾性分析。结果所选资料中,共37例患者手术完整切除,其中一并切除肺叶1例,3例进行开胸探查活检,手术切除率高达92.5%。38例患者痊愈出院,术后并发脊液胸腔漏在治疗后病情好转出院患者1例,因术后呼吸衰竭死亡1例,死亡率为2.5%。结论外科手术是治疗纵隔肿瘤的首选方法,选择恰当的手术切口,将瘤体尽量完整切除,依照病理选择恰当的术后治疗方法,能够有效提高治愈率。

Mediastinal tumor surgery and clinical observation

Objective To summarize the experiences of diagnosis and surgical treatment of mediastinal tumors.Methods A retrospective analysis of clinical data and surgical treatment of 40 patients hospitalized with mediastinal tumor from January 2008 to January 2011 was performed.Results In the 40 cases,37 patients were subjected to radical excision,including lobectomy of lung in 1 cases and exploractory thoractomy in 3 cases.The exisional rate of operation was 92.5%.38 patients recovered uneventfully.1 case complicated cerebrospinal fluid leak into thoracic cavity,hut improved and left hospital after treatment.1 case died of respiratory failure after operation,with the mortality rate of 2.5%.Conclusion Surgical operation is the preferred method to treat mediastinal tumor,correct selection of the incision and radical excision of tumor body are the keys to operation.Pathologically reasonable selection of postoperative treatment can improve curative rate.
