高校图书馆青年馆员的培训

高校图书馆不能忽略青年馆员文化素质的培养,但绝大多数高校图书馆并不具备青年馆员的培训条件。利用图书馆联盟中大型成员馆员、本校的专业院系的技术力量和图书馆馆员知识背景多样化的优势,分别对青年馆员的图书馆学专业知识、其他专业知识和常用基本技能进行培训,可以起到很好的培训效果。
