64排螺旋CT对胸廓骨折的诊断价值

摘    要:目的探讨64排螺旋CT对胸廓骨折的诊断价值。方法应用GE lightspeed64排螺旋CT对临床怀疑胸廓骨及肋骨骨折的病人17例进行容积扫描,将薄层数据传至后处理工作站(Advantage workstation 4.4,ADW4.4)后,应用容积再现法(volume rendering,VR)、最大密度投影法(maximum intensity projection,MIP)、多平面重组法(maximum intensity projection,MPR)等构建三维重建图像。结果 17例患者中,胸骨柄骨折2例,胸骨体骨折1例,肩胛骨骨折5例,胸腰椎骨折7例,肋骨骨折2例。结论运用64排螺旋CT能快速、诊断胸廓外伤及骨折。VR技术在显示胸廓骨折的空间解剖结构上有优势,而MPR和MIP对于细微骨折显示有较好的效果。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the clinical value of 64-slice spiral CT on diagnosing thoracic fracture. Materials and Methods 17 cases with thoracic fracture were volumetrically scanned by 64-detetor spiral CT. Then, the original data were transferred to workstation and images were reconstructed using volume rendering (VR) ,maximum intensity projection (M/P) and multiplanar reconstruction (MPR). Results 2 cases were sternal fracture, 1 cases were sternum fracture, 5 cases were scapular fracture, 7 cases were thoracolumbar fracture, and 2 cases were rib fracture. Conclusion Using 64-slice spiral CT can fast and accurately diagnosing various types of thoracic fracture. Volume rendering has the advantage of for displaying the space anatomical structures of thoracic fracture,while maximum intensity projection and X multiplanar reconstruction were better on displaying tiny fractures.
