| 摘 要： | 目的探讨干眼症患者的社会心理状况及护理干预措施。方法干眼症患者(实验组)和健康成年人(对照组)各66例,分别采用艾森克个性问卷、Zung抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)和社会支持量表(SSS)进行评分。结果实验组内外向分值显著低于对照组,神经质、抑郁、焦虑及主观支持的分值明显高于对照组,而对于支持的利用度较对照组显著降低。结论干眼症患者的社会心理状况具有明显的内向、神经质、焦虑和抑郁的特点,因而需要有效的护理干预。
