| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨高通量透析(HPD)对维持性血液透析(MHD)患者高血压的影响.方法 选择我院血液净化中心行MHD的患者52例,随机分为HPD组和LPD组,各26例.HPD组采用高通量透析器,LPD组采用低通量透析器.两组每周透析时间均为12h.治疗时间6个月,观察两组治疗前后收缩压、平均动脉压的变化.结果 两组治疗6个月后收缩压、平均动脉压比较有显著性差异(P<0.05).结论 HPD模式可以有效改善MHD患者高血压.
