天津市城乡居民糖尿病患病情况及其影响因素

目的了解天津市城区和农村的糖尿病的患病情况及其主要的影响因素。方法采用人户调查的方法对被人选的社区开展基线调查，对个体调查对象的一般情况、健康状况、生活方式及行为、营养知识等进行询问调查，并对调查对象进行身高、体重、腰围、臀围、血压、血糖的测量。结果共调查2886人，糖尿病的患病率为8．1％，且存在城乡差异，城市（10．6％）较农村（4．O％）高，不同地区糖尿病的患病率也存在性别和年龄的差异，年龄、BMI、文化程度以及糖尿病家族史为糖尿病的主要影响因素。结论该市糖尿病患病率呈上升趋势，年龄大、超重／HE胖、文化程度低、糖尿病家族史为糖尿病的主要影响因素。

The Prevalence of Diabetes Mellitus and Its Effect Factors among Rural and Urban Residents of Tianjin

[ Objective] To know the prevalence of diabetes mellitus （ DM ） among rural and urban residents of Tianjin and its effect factors. [Methods] Baseline survey was carried out in sample community by in home survey. The normal status, health condition, lifestyle and nutrition knowledge of individual subject were investigated by face- to-face interview. The body height, body weight, waist and hip circumferences, blood glucose and blood pressure of subjects were measured. [ Results ] 2886 people were investigated, and the prevalence of DM was 8.1%. The prevalence of DM of city （ 10.6% ） was higher than that of country （4.0%）. There were sexual and age differences on the prevalence of DM in different areas. Age, BMI, education and the family history of DM were the main effect factors of DM. [ Conclusion] The prevalence of DM showed a rising trend in Tianjin; age, overweight/obesity, education and family history of DM were the main effect factors of DM.
