广东省外来务工妇女和本地妇女宫颈癌流行病学调查

目的 为掌握外来务工妇女宫颈癌流行病学情况，为其提供科学的宫颈癌防治决策依据。方 法2000年1月～2003年12月，采用宫颈刮片及阴道脱落细胞学检查分析，分别对广东省深圳市宝安区和佛山市3600名外来务工妇女和3600广东本地妇女进行宫颈癌筛查，疑似病例进行组织活检进一步确诊，并对调查对象的年龄、职业、文化程度及经济状况进行对比分析。结果 外来务工妇女宫颈癌检出率与广东本地妇女有显著性差异，明显高于本地妇女，而且患病有着年轻化趋势；不同的职业人群中，工人及服务业人员宫颈癌检出率较高；文化程度越低、经济状况越差者，宫颈癌检出率越高。结论 加大对外来务工妇女宫颈癌的普查普治工作，有效预防宫颈癌对外来务工妇女的危害。

Epidemiological Survey of Women's Cervical Cancer among Local Workers and Non-local Workers in Guangdong Province

Objective To understand the epidemiology of women's cervical cancer among non local workers, so as to provide data for policy decision.Methods From ganuary, 2000 to December, 2003 , 3600 non local workers and 3600 local workers were screened for cervical cancer in Baoan District , Shenzhen City and Fushan City ( Guangdong Province ), their cervical scrapping and vaginal shed cells were analyzed, biopsy was further examined for those suspected. Besides, age , occupation, educational background and economic status were compared.Results The cervical cancer detection rate of the non local women were significantly higher than that of the local , and the prevelance tended with the decrease of age ; among the population of different occupations , workers and service attendants had a higher rate ; the lower the educational level , the worse the economic status , the higher the detection rate.Conclusion To strengthen cure of women's cervical cancer among non local workers.To prevent the dangerous of women's cervical cancer among non local workers effectively.
