复方白花蛇舌草治疗肺癌荷瘤小鼠的实验研究

摘    要:目的:探讨复方白花蛇舌草体内抗肿瘤作用。方法:将肺癌荷瘤C57小鼠分为模型组、环磷酰胺(CTX)组、CTX+复方白花蛇舌草高、中、低剂量组与复方白花蛇舌草高剂量组,复方白花蛇舌草水煎剂灌胃,环磷酰胺腹腔注射。观察各组小鼠体重,瘤体、胸腺、脾脏重量,抑瘤率及血细胞变化。结果:CTX组与模型组比较荷瘤小鼠胸腺系数显著降低(P<0.05),白细胞显著下降(P<0.01);各治疗组对荷瘤鼠肿瘤的生长均有一定程度的抑制作用。结论:复方白花蛇舌草能够抑制荷瘤鼠肿瘤的生长,与CTX联合能够达到协同增效解毒的作用,且复方白花蛇舌草对血液系统未见毒副作用。

Abstract:Objective: To discuss antineoplastic effect of compound Hedyotic Diffusa. Methods: Lung-tumor-burdened C57 mice were randomized into 6 group: control group, cyclophosphamide (CTX) group, CTX+high compound Hedyotic Diffusa group, CTX+middle compound Hedyotic Diffusa group, CTX+Iow compound Hedyotic Diffusa group, high compound Hedyotic Diffusa group. Mice were gavaged with compound Hedyotic Diffusa liquid and enterocoelia-injected with CTX. Analyzed the weight of body, tumor, thymus and spleen, and calculated the tumor growth inhibition rate, and observed the change of blood cells of the mice in each group. Results: Compared with the control group, the mice in the CTX group witnessed significantly lower thymus rates (P〈0.05), and fewer white blood cells (/'〈0.01). Each treating group had a certain degree of inhibition to the tumor growth of tumor-burdened mice. Conclusion: Compound Hedyotic Diffusa can inhibit tumor growth in tumor-burdened mice. When combined with CTX, it has synergic anticancer effect on tumor-burdened mice and shown no toxic and side effect to blood system.
