MMP-2、LN-R在食管鳞癌中的表达与侵袭和转移的关系

目的 :探讨基质金属蛋白酶 (MMP - 2 )和层粘连蛋白受体 (LN -R)在食管鳞癌中的表达与侵袭和转移的关系。方法 :应用免疫组化S -P法检测MMP - 2和LN -R在食管鳞癌、癌旁、侵及肌层和淋巴结转移中的表达。结果 :MMP - 2和LN -R在癌组织的表达高于癌旁组织 ,分化Ⅲ级高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ级 ,有淋巴结转移组高于无淋巴结转移组 ,差异具有显著性 (P <0 .0 1 )。MMP - 2的表达与肿瘤浸润的深度差异具有显著性 (P <0 .0 5)。结论 :MMP - 2、LN -R蛋白的过表达与食管鳞癌的分化程度、浸润和转移关系密切 ,检测MMP - 2和LN -R有助于食管鳞癌的生物学行为及预后的评价

Relation of MMP-2,LN-R Protein Expression to Invasion,and Metastasis in Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma

Objective To investigate the relation-ship between matrix metalloproteinase (MMP-2) and laminin receptor (LN-R) in the process of gene protein expression to invasion and lymph node metastasis in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.Methods The expression of MMP-2 and LN-R protein was examined by immunohistochemieal S-P method in tumors tissues,adjacent tissues and lymph node metastasis.Results The frequency of MMP-2,LN-R protein expression of tumor tissues was remarkably higher than that in adjacent tissues,with differentiated grading Ⅲ remarkably higher than that in differentiated gradingⅠ?Ⅱ;and the lymph node metastasis group remarkably higher than that in non-metastasis group ( P <0.001, P <0.01 respectively).The expression of MMP-2 was significantly different ( P <0.05) from that in infiltrating depth of tumor.Conclusions It is suggested that MMP-2 and LN-R protein overexpression is related to differentiated,infiltrating and metastasis of esophageal squamous carcinoma. The examination of MMP-2 and LN-R protein is helpful for evaluation of biological behaviour and prognosis in esophageal squamous carcinoma.
