复方丹参注射液治疗肾病综合征的研究

目的观察复方丹参注射液治疗原发性肾病综合征的疗效。方法将48例原发性肾病综合征患者随机分为2组:对照组口服泼尼松治疗,治疗组在口服泼尼松的基础上予复方丹参注射液20 mL每日1次静滴,2周为1个疗程。治疗前及治疗2个疗程后,测定2组的24 h尿蛋白量、血脂、血清白蛋白、D-二聚体、红细胞压积、血浆黏度、纤维蛋白质水平。结果治疗后2组24 h尿蛋白、血脂水平均明显下降,血清白蛋白上升,但治疗组改善程度优于对照组(P均<0.05);治疗组红细胞压积、纤维蛋白质、血浆黏度、D-二聚体均明显降低(P均<0.05),对照组无明显改善,2组比较有显著性差异(P均<0.05)。结论原发性肾病综合征时血液呈高凝状态,在泼尼松治疗基础上静滴复方丹参注射液能增强其疗效。

Study of composite salvia injection on nephrotic syndrome

Objective It is to observe the curative effect of composite salvia injection on original nephrotic syndrome.Methods 48 patients with original nephrotic syndrome were randomly divided into 2 groups.The control group was given prednisone by oral use,the treatment group was given composite salvia injection 20 mL once a day by intravenous drip on the basis of prednisone.Two weeks was one treatment cycle.24 h urine albumin,blood fat,plasma albumin,D-dimer,hematocrit,plasma protamine precipitating,celloglobulin level were measured before and two cycles after treatment.Results After treatment,24 h urine albumin,blood fat both decreased,and serum albumin increased in both groups,but those improved more that that in control group(P<0.05).In treatment group,hematocrit, celloglobulin,plasma protamine precipitating,D-dimer all obviously decreased(P<0.05).There was no significant improvement in control group.The differences were significant between both groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The blood of patients with original nephritic is in hypercoagulable state,treatment with composite salvia injection by intravenous drip on the basis of prednisone has better curative effect.
