氨曲南治疗下呼吸道感染36例

目的观察氨曲南治疗下呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法将120例患者随机均分为两组,治疗组静脉滴注氨曲南2.0g,对照组静脉滴注头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠2.0g,两组均为每12h给药1次,疗程7～14d。所有患者均于治疗前后摄X线胸片,治疗2d内及疗程结束后24h检测血常规、尿常规、肝功能和肾功能。结果治疗组有效率为83.33%,对照组为66.67%,两组比较有显著性差异（P〈0.05）;治疗过程中治疗组出现1例轻度恶心、1例轻度腹胀,对照组出现3例轻度恶心、2例皮肤瘙痒,停药后均自行消失。结论氨曲南治疗下呼吸道感染疗效高,不良反应轻微,值得临床推广。

Observation on Aztreonam Treatment of Lower Respiratory Tract in 36 Cases

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of aztreonam in the treatment of low respiratory tract infections.Methods The clinical records of 120 patients with low respiratory tract infections were analyzed.120 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,the therapy group（60 cases） and the control group （60 cases）.The control group was given cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium for injection as routine therapy.The therapy group was given aztreonam for injection.The treatment course was 7-14 d for two groups.The therapeutic effects were investigated and compared after treatment.Results The total effective rate was 83.33%for therapy cases and 66.67%for control cases with siginificant difference（P〈 0.05）.Mild adverse reactions were occurred in the two groups,but spontaneously disappeared after ceasing drugs.Conclusion Using aztreonam in treating low respiratory tract infections is well effective and worthy of application to clinical practice.
