| 摘 要： | 精神分裂症患者合并代谢异常的比例明显高于普通人群,且精神分裂症本身可能是代谢综合征的危险因素。另外,抗精神病药物可引起体质量增加,血糖、血脂异常及胰岛素抵抗,这些因素均增加了精神疾病患者的代谢异常风险,因此精神科医师在关注专科治疗的同时,应重视代谢综合征的高危因素,并早期采取综合干预措施。

| Abstract: | The prevalence of metabolic syndrome in patients with schizophrenia is much higher than that in general population.Schizophrenia might be a risk factor of metabolic syndrome.Antipsychotic drugs could cause weight gain,dysglycemia,lipid abnormality and insulin resistance,which all may increase the risk of metabolic dysregulation among schizophrenia patients.Psychiatrists should monitor metabolic problems and make early comprehensive interventions to limit the metabolic dysregulation in patients with schizophrenia. |
