如意金黄散外敷治疗胺碘酮所致静脉炎的效果观察

目的:观察如意金黄散外敷治疗因胺碘酮静脉输入所致静脉炎的效果。方法:将60例因胺碘酮静脉输入引起静脉炎的患者随机分为实验组与对照组各30例。实验组采用醋调如意金黄散外敷,对照组采用50%硫酸镁湿敷,分别于第1、3、7d观察静脉炎消退情况,进行静脉炎分级评定。结果:两组患者第1d和第3d治疗效果比较有显著性差异(P<0.01);第7d比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:应用如意金黄散外敷治疗静脉输入胺碘酮所致静脉炎可以在短期内达到理想效果。

The observation of effective outcome of application of Ruyi golden powder in the treatment of phlebitis caused by amiodarrone

Objective: To observe the effective outcome of application of Ruyi golden powder in the treatment of phlebitis caused by intravenous infusion of amiodarrone. Methods: 60 patients were randomly divided into test group (n=30) and control group (n=30). The external application of Ruyi golden powder which was prepared with vinegar was adopted in the test group and wet dressing of 50% magnesium sulphate was used in the control group, and the relieve and improvement of phlebitis were observed and grading was made at the same time. Results: The significant difference (P<0.01) was found by the comparison of the treatment on the first and the third day and no significant difference (P>0.05) on the seventh day. Conclusion: The external application of Ruyi golden powder is very effective in the treatment of phlebitis caused by intravenous infusion of amiodarrone.
