65岁以上人群干眼发病的调查分析

目的分析了解65岁以上人群干眼发病的情况。方法对门诊1531名离退休公务员及机关工作人员在健康查体时,进行问卷调查,对主诉有眼干涩、异物感、烧灼感、视疲劳、视力波动等症状之一者。通过Schirmer、BUT、角结膜荧光染色、泪河带检查来确定干眼诊断。结果在1531份问卷中,有干眼症状的为472人(30.8%)。检查后确诊的为361人(23.6%)。结论干眼是一种由多种因素所致的疾病,65岁以上患者干眼的主要因素多与年龄、全身因素和局部因素有关,及时合理使用药物治疗,绝大多数是可以改善症状的。

Investigation of dry eye morbidity in people aged over 65 years

Objective Analysis the condition of dry eye morbidity in people aged over 65 years.Methods 1531 civil servant were guestionned through health check up at out-patiant clinic.Some people who have any symptom among those symptoms,such as foreign body sensation,burning sensation,asthenopia,vision flutuation and so on,are final diag- nosed through schirmer test BUT,corneal fluorescent staining method and lacrimal riuer examination.Results 472 peo- ple(30.8%)have symptom of dry eye in 1531 questionnaire.361 people(23.6%)are final diagnosed through examina- tion.Conclusion A lot of factors can lead to dry eye.Main factors of dry eye in people aged over 65 reays are age.sys- tamic and partical factor.Symptom of most people can be improved when drug treatment are reasonably used in time.
