高频超声对甲状腺癌诊断价值的研究

目的评价高频超声在诊断甲状腺癌疾病中的临床意义。方法对85例甲状腺癌进行高频超声检查,检查结果与其病理学结果进行对照分析。结果85例甲状腺癌中,肿块内见砂粒样钙化灶的46例(54%),颈部有淋巴结转移灶27例(32%)肿块内血流丰富占50例(59%),阻力指数>0.70的56例(66%),甲状腺癌的超声诊断符合61例(72%)。结论高频声像图中的砂粒样钙化及低回声是诊断甲状腺癌的重要指标,而血流丰富程度将有助于提高甲状腺癌的诊断率。

The diagnostic value of high frequency ultrasound for the thyroid cacinoma

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of high-frequency ultrasound on thyroid cacinoma.especially to observe gravel calcificution in the mass,swelling lymph nodes in neck,the blood supplies in the mass.Method 85 patients with thyroid cacinoma were examined by high frequency ultrasound,then results were compared with pathology diagnosis.Results Among 85 cases with thyroid cacinoma,46 cases had gravel calcification in the mass(54%),27cases with swelling lymph nodes in neck(32%),50 cases with plenty of blood flow(59%),and with 56cases RI>0.7(66%).the diagnostic accuracy rate of thyroid cacinoma was 72%(61/85).Conclusion Gravel calcification and hypoechoic in the mass of thyroid gland are important characteristical ultrasonography for diagnosing thyroid cacinoma,and plenty of blood flow can improve the diagnostic accurate rate of thyroid cacinoma.
