腓肠肌内侧头肌皮瓣与胸大肌肌皮瓣转移术的临床应用(附三例报告)

对一例因外伤上臂皮肤肌肉缺损患者,用胸大肌肌皮瓣转移术覆盖成功,重建了伸肘功能;对一例因胫腓骨开放性骨折所致胫前不稳定性疤痕切除后的皮肤缺损及一例肿瘤切除后形成的皮肤肌肉缺损用腓肠肌内侧头肌皮瓣转移术覆盖成功,重建了伸膝功能。

THE MEDIAL GASTROCNEMIUS MYOCUTANEOUS FLAP AND THE PECTORALIS MAJOR MYOCUTANEOUS FLAP TRANSFER AND THEIR CLINICAL APPLICATIONS

From May 1981 to May 1983, the myocutaneous transfer has been performed for 3 cases in our clinics with successful results. The first case, the pectoralis major myocutaneous flap transfer was for the treatment of acute injury with loss of arm soft tissue and for functional reconstruction of elbow extension. The second one, the medial gastrocnemius myocutaneous flap transfer was to eliminate the dead space and to resurface the skin defect in the anterior tibial region. The third one, the medial gastrocnemius myocutaneous flap transfer was to resurface the skin and soft tissue defect in the anterior region of distal femur for a patient suffering from fibrosarcoma and for functional reconstruction of knee extension. All of them showed satisfactory results.
