尖锐湿疣发病和复发危险因素的问卷调查

目的探讨尖锐湿疣发病和复发的危险因素。方法采用问卷调查方法对186例CA患者及115例非CA患者进行问卷调查。结果初次发病者与对照组相比,在受教育程度、性伴数、饮酒及合并其他性传播疾病方面具有显著性差异。复发者与对照组的差异主要表现在受教育程度、性伴数及使用安全套的频率方面。年龄、性别与尖锐湿疣发病的相关性不明显。结论低文化程度、多性伴、饮酒、合并其他性病是尖锐湿疣发病和复发的危险因素。

Qnestionnaire Investigation og the Risk Factors for the Episode and Relapse in Condyloma Acuminata

Objective The aim of the present study is to explore the potiental risk factors for the episode and the relapse of condyloma acuminata.Methods One hundred and eighty six patients with condyloma acuminata and 115 health controls were surveyed according to a uniform questionnaire designed for this study. Results Compared with the controls,the patients with the first episode were significantly different in respect of the degree of education,numbers of sexual partners,consumption of alcohol,and the complication of the other sexual transmitted diseases (STD).For the recurrent patients,the differences were presented with respect to the degree of education,numbers of sexual partners,and the frequency of using condom during sexual intercourse.No significance association was found between age,sex and the development of condyloma acuminata.Conclusion The risk factors of condyloma acuminata episode and relapse should be a poor education,multiple sexual partners,drinking,and complicating the other STD.
