重庆三峡库区居民结核病知识水平及健康教育需求研究

目的 了解重庆三峡库区贫困地区居民结核病知识水平及其健康教育的需求状况,为三峡库区结核病健康教育提供科学依据.方法 采用定性研究方法中的小组访谈和个人深入访谈对不同人群进行调查采访.结果 库区居民对结核病及其相关知识匮乏,防痨意识也较差;人际交流是人们获得结核病知识的主要途径,居民缺乏获取结核病知识的有效途径.结论 应根据贫困地区居民结核病健康教育需求状况,加强医务人员人际交流技能的培训.同时,以人际交流为主,采取不同的、有效的宣传形式,丰富宣传内容,以加大结核病宣传力度,促进结核病的控制工作.

Knowledge Level and Health Education Demands of TB Among Population in Three-Gorges Areas of Chongqing

Objective To understand the knowledge level and health education demands of TB among population in Three-Gorges areas, and so as to provide scientific evidences for the health education work of TB in Three-Gorges areas of Chongqing. Methods Qualitative study methods such as Focus Group Discussion(FGD)and in-depth interviews were used in selected samples. Results General population of Three-Gorges areas lacked of basic TB knowledge and had poor awareness to prevent and control TB; meanwhile, there were not any effective ways for people to obtain TB knowledge, and population had different needs for TB health education modes and contents. Conclusion All kinds of effective health education modes should be put in terms of different demands of people, and the health education contents should be enriched as well. At the same time, the inter-communication ability of health workers should be improved. By doing that, the TB knowledge level and awareness of TB prevention and control of people could be improved that will benefit the whole TB control work of country.
