低分子肝素治疗不稳定性心绞痛的疗效观察

目的观察低分子肝素治疗不稳定性心绞痛的临床疗效.方法 85例患者随机分为治疗组43例,对照组42例,对照组给予硝酸甘油10mg,加入液体250mL静滴,治疗组在对照组治疗上加上低分子肝素0.4mL(含低分子肝素钙3800IU)Q12 h腹壁下注射,疗程5d,观察心绞痛缺血性心电图的变化.结果治疗组心绞痛改善,心电图ST-T改善,明显高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论低分子肝素治疗不稳定性心绞痛疗效好.

Clinical observation for low molecular heparin treating unstable angina pectoris

To observe the clinical effects of low molecular heparin on patients with unstable angina pectoris. 85 patients were randomly divided into two groups, one group is therapy group (43 patients), the other control group (42 patients). The control group patients were (3 800 IU)/12 h low molecular heparin by abdominal wall subcutaneous injection on the basis of niroglycerin in control, the treatment course is 5 days. The symptom of angina pectoris and the changes of ischemic ECG were collected and studied. The improved symptom of angina pectoris and the ST-T segment elevation in ECG in therapy group were significantly different than that of control group (P <0.05). [Conclusion] It is beneficial to unstable angina pectoris by giving low molecular heparin.
