齐拉西酮与西酞普兰联合治疗抑郁症临床研究

目的探讨齐拉西酮与西酞普兰联合治疗抑郁症的疗效。方法抑郁症患者65例，随机分成两组，分别用齐拉西酮联合西酞普兰治疗（联用组）和单用西酞普兰治疗（单用组），疗程8周。采用HAMD、HAMA评定疗效，用TESS评定不良反应。结果治疗8周后联用组HAMD和HAMA评分显著低于单用组；在第4、第8周末联用组的治疗有效率显著高于单用组，两组不良反应相仿。结论齐拉西酮联合西酞普兰治疗抑郁症有良好的疗效。

Clinical Study of Ziprasidone and Citalopram in the Treatment of Depression

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of ziprasidone and citalopram in the treatment of depression. Methods 65 patients with depression were involved in this study, they were randomly divided two groups （ziprasidone with citalopram or citalopram alone） for 8 weeks. Efficacy and side effect were assessed with Hamilton depression rating scale（HAMD）, Hamilton anxiety scale （HAMA） and treatment emergent symptom scale（TESS） before and after the treatment. Results Total HAMD,HAMA scores decreased significantly more in ziprasidone-citalopram group than in citalopram group,but there was no significant difference in TESS. Conclusion Ziprasidone-citalopram is a highly effective treatment for depression.
