| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨临床护理路径在择期剖宫产中的应用效果.方法:将200例行择期剖宫产分娩的产妇随机分为实验组和对照组各100例,实验组按制定好的临床护理路径实施每日诊疗、护理、康复,对照组采用传统医疗护理方法.结果:实验组产妇平均住院日、人均医疗费用明显低于对照组(P<0.05);产妇满意度和健康知识掌握评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:择期剖宫产产妇按临床护理路径实施诊疗、护理、康复,可以减少其平均住院日,降低人均住院费用,促进产妇对健康知识的掌握,提升产妇对医疗护理服务满意度.
