| 摘 要： | 患者男,28岁。左小腿内侧暗红斑、结节6月,组织细胞表达S-100(+)、CD68(+)、SMA(-)、Lyso(+),特殊染色PAS(-),诊断为皮肤Rosai-Dorfman病。皮肤Rosai-Dorfman病是临床罕见的疾病,明确病理组织学特点在鉴别诊断中有重要意义,预后较好需要随访。

| Abstract: | A 28-year-old man presented with dark erythematous plaque and nodulus on his left leg for 6 months.The immunostaining of skin biopsy displayed that CD68(+),S-100(+),Lyso(+),and SMA(-).PAS was negative(-).The diagnosis of Rosai-Drffman disease was made.Rosai-Dorfman disease of skin is a rather rare disease,and the final diagnosis depend on clinical manifestation and histopathological features with CD68(+)and S-100(+).The prognosis is almost good and follow-up is needed. |
