羧甲基壳聚糖-壳聚糖-羧甲基壳聚糖微胶囊的制备、表征及其对Pb2+的吸附性能研究

摘    要:以壳聚糖和羧甲基壳聚糖为主要原料,利用静电脉冲液滴发生器制备了一种新型微胶囊——羧甲基壳聚糖-壳聚糖-羧甲基壳聚糖微胶囊(简称CCC微胶囊)。通过光学显微镜和红外光谱对其形貌和结构进行研究,同时考察了CCC微胶囊对金属离子的吸附性能。静态和动态吸附结果表明:CCC微胶囊对Pb^2 有很高的吸附能力,且重复使用性能良好。选择性吸附结果表明:其对Pb^2 的选择性要高于Ca^2 。为进一步实现以血液净化方法除铅的应用打下了良好基础。

Abstract:Carboxymethyl chitosan-chitosan-carboxymethyl chitosan(CCC) microcapsules was prepared as a novel microcapsule through electric droplet generator(EDG). The figure and structure of CCC microcapsules were determined respectively by the optical microscope and IR. The Pb 2+ adsorption properties of CCC microcapsules were studied. The results showed that CCC microcapsules had a high adsorption capacity for Pb 2+ both in static and dynamic states and could also be used repeatedly with its adsorption properties kept well. The selective adsorption results showed that CCC microcapsules had a higher selectivity for Pb 2+ than Ca 2+. It shows that CCC microcapsules has a potential for further studies on the blood purification.
