| 摘 要： | 目的观察中西医结合治疗脑卒中伴吞咽障碍的临床疗效。方法脑卒中合并吞咽困难患者共84例,随机分为治疗组42例和对照组42例。前者用脑卒中的常规药物治疗并配合针灸治疗,后者单用常规药物治疗,分别在治疗前后进行吞咽困难程度评分,比较两组的疗效。结果治疗前两组藤岛吞咽困难量表评分值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后治疗组分值明显高于对照组(P<0.001),并且治愈率及总有效率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论常规药物配合针灸治疗的方法优于单纯药物治疗的方法,针灸是治疗假性球麻痹行之有效的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the curative effect of cerebral stroke with dysphagia treatment of combined traditional chinese and west medicine.Methods 84 cases of patient were divided into two groups.Group A was treated with routine therapy and acupuncture and group B was treated only routine therapy.The results of dysphagia in two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference between two group before treatment on dysphagia degree but after treatment in curative effect and total effect.Conclusion The combined therapy with acupuncture might have good effect than that of simple drugs on dysphagia degree.The acupuncture might be an effective method to treat supranuclear paralysis. |
