早产新生儿凝血四项试验测定的意义

目的：为了探讨早产新生儿出生后24 h内凝血功能的变化及其临床意义。方法：采用美国IL公司生产的ACLTOP全自动凝血仪,测定158例早产新生儿的血浆凝血酶原时间（PT）、活化部分凝血活酶时间（APTT）、凝血酶时间（TT）及纤维蛋白原（FIB）含量并与30例正常新生儿的凝血四项对照比较。结果：早产新生儿中的PT、APTT、TT较正常新生儿对照显著增高,有非常显著性差异（P〈0.01）;而早产新生儿FIB较正常新生儿对照显著减低,有非常显著性差异（P〈0.01）。结论：早产新生儿的凝血功能均有异常改变,进行凝血功能常规检测对诊断、指导治疗及预后均有重要的意义。

The clinical significance of coagulation function in premature neonate

Objective：To study the change and the clinical significance of the coagulation function in premature neonates within 24 hours after birth.Methods：The changes of the prothrombin time（PT）,activated partial thromboplastin time（APTT）,thrombin time（TT） and fibrinogen（FIB） in 158 premature neonates and 30 full-term neonates were measured by using the ACL TOP full-automatic coagulation analyzer made by the American IL company.Results：Compared with full-term neonates,PT,APTT and TT in premature neonates were significantly higher（P0.01）,while the FIB level was signifi-cantly lower（P0.01）.Conclusion：The coagulant function was abnormal in premature neonates.Performing routine coagu-lation function test would be very important in diagnosis,directing therapy and prognosis.
