HPLC法同时测定开胸顺气丸中4种成分的含量

目的：建立HPLC法同时测定开胸顺气丸中木香烃内酯、去氢木香烃内酯、厚朴酚、和厚朴酚含量的方法。方法：采用KromasilC18色谱柱（4．6mm×250mm，5μm），流动相为乙腈-甲醇-水（50：8：42）；检测波长210nm；流速1．0mL·min^-1。结果：开胸顺气丸中4种指标成分线性关系良好（r为0．9996～0．9999）；回收率为97．49％～100．80％（RSD为0．92％～1．77％）。结论：所建方法专属性强，重复性好，可用于开胸顺气丸的质量控制。

Determination of Four Active Components in Kaixiong Shunqi Pills by HPLC

Objective： To establish a method for determination of costunolide, dehydrocostuslactone, magnolol and honokiol in Kaix- iong Shunqi Pills. Methods： An HPLC was applied,using analytical column of Kromasil C18 （4. 6 mm×250mm,5μm）. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile- menthanol-water （50： 8： 42）. The flow rate was 1.0 mL · min^-1 with the detection wavelength at 210 nm. Results： In the linear range the correlation coefficients ranged from 0. 999 6 to 0. 999 9. The average recoveries were 97.49% - 100. 80% with corresponding RSD of 0. 92% -1.77%, respectively. Conclusion： The method is specific and repeatable. It can be used for the quality control of Kaixiong Shunqi Pills.
