| 摘 要： | 目的:了解婴儿屏气发作行为的发生率,探讨婴儿屏气发作与家庭环境因素的关系.方法:采用问卷方式对400名婴儿屏气发作行为及其家庭环境因素进行调查分析.问卷包括<婴儿环境、行为调查问卷>:围产因素、父母亲职业、年龄、文化程度、喂养方式、亲子交流项目及父母亲自评症状量表90项.结果:婴儿屏气发作的发生率为12%,城、乡婴儿屏气发作的发生率分别为7.5%和16.5%,比较两者差异明显(P<0.01);婴儿屏气发作与父母亲子交流程度、母孕期胎教、母亲敌对、父亲焦虑和对婴儿的评价有关,结论:加强母亲孕期胎教、增进亲子交流、减少父母亲精神压力,指导家长提供适当的抚育方式,可防止和(或)减少婴儿屏气行为的发作.
