大肠癌致肠梗阻的外科治疗

目的：探讨大肠癌致肠梗阻的治疗方式。方法：回顾性分析我院1988-01~2008-10收治的大肠癌致肠梗阻的临床资料。结果：本组均行手术治疗。行一期右半结肠切除、横结肠切除吻合术60例,癌肿位于脾曲、降结肠、乙状结肠者行一期左半结肠切除吻合术15例,Hartm ann手术41例,癌肿位于直肠者行一期切除吻合术3例,近端造瘘二期根治术3例,肿瘤无法切除行乙状结肠双腔造瘘术2例。结论：大肠癌致肠梗阻的外科治疗要根据病人的具体情况选择合理的术式。

Surgical Treatment of Acute Ileus Caused by Carcinoma of Colon

Objective：To explore the treatment of acute ileus caused by carcinoma of colon.Methods：Retrospective analysis clinical data of ilcus caused by carcinoma of colon in our hospital in January19988-october 2008.Results：The group were surgical treatment.A line of right colon resection and anastomosis of 60 cases.Carcinoma at spleen descending colon and sigmoid colon were a line of left colon resection and anastomosis of 15 cases.41 cases undetwent Hartmann procedure.Rectal cancer of 3 cases were a line resection anastomosis.Proximal ostomy the second phase radical mastectomy 3 cases.Sigmoid colon cancer can not be removed,dual-chamber 2 cases.Conclusions：Surgical treatment of acute ileus causeld by carcinoma of colon.
