BIPAP呼吸机治疗矽肺合并呼吸衰竭临床观察

目的 观察BiPAP呼吸机治疗矽肺合并呼吸衰竭的疗效。方法 50例矽肺合并呼吸衰竭患者随机分为治疗组26例，对照组24例，治疗组在常规治疗基础上应用BiPAP呼吸机通气治疗，观察24h后治疗效果。结果 治疗24h后治疗组PaO2和SaO2明显高于对照组（P〈0．01），气管插管率明显低于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论 BiPAP呼吸机对矽肺合并呼吸衰竭疗效显著。

Clinical observation of Bi - level Airway Pressure Ventilation (BiPAP) breathing apparatus in treating respiratory failure of silicosis patients

Objective To explore the effects of Bi-level Airway Pressure Ventilation (BiPAP) in the treatment of respiratory failure of silicosis patients. Methods 50 patients were randomly divided into two groups: 24 cases in the control group and 26 cases in the treatment group. The control group was given routine treatment while the treatment group was given routine treatment together with ventilation therapy of BiPAP respirator. Some measures of the two groups after 24 hours of the treatment were analyzed and compared. Results Obvious differences between the two groups were observed .The PaO2 and SaO2 in the treatment group were much higher than those in the control group (P<0.01) The intubation rate in the treatment group was much lower than that in the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion BiPAP ventilation therapy is effective in treating respiratory failure of silicosis patients.
