| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨腹膜后腹腔镜肾切除手术的术前、术中护理的最佳方法。方法:通过对38例腹膜后腹腔镜肾切除手术的术前、术中临床资料进行全面分析,总结出手术前护理和术中配合方法。结果:38例腹膜后腹腔镜下肾切除手术,均顺利完成,无1例因护理配合方面的原因而造成手术失败。结论:手术护士掌握各种新仪器及器械的使用,熟悉手术步聚及周密细致的护理是手术配合成功的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective: To discussed the best nursing method before retroperitoneal laparoscopic nephrectomy and during operation. Method: Through completely analyzing clinical information of 38 cases of retroperitoneal laparoscopic nephrectomy, we got the method which is nursing and cooperation about operation. Result: 38 cases of retroperitoneal laparoscopic nephrectomy are all succeed. Never a defeated case which because of nursing and cooperation. Conclusion: It's key to success that the nurses were proficient in new equipment and appliance, they mastered the operation steps, It's also due to the careful and meticulous nursing. |
