| 摘 要： | 目的：回顾103例腹腔镜下妇科微创手术中的经验体会，探讨腹腔镜手术在妇科疾病手术治疗中临床应用价值及应用的广泛性。方法：对103例腹腔镜妇科手术治疗进行回顾性总结与分析。结果：镜下完成手术103例，术后开腹2例；腹腔镜下妇科手术创伤小，应用范围广，技术易于掌握。结论：掌握好适应证，妇科大部分手术可在腹腔镜下完成。

| Abstract: | Objective To sum up experiences and realization of 103 cases with gynecological disease underwent laparoscopic surgery and investigate its clinical applicable value and applicable extension.Method The data of 103 cases of laparoscopic surgery for gynecological disease were summed up and analyzed.Results Total 103 cases completed the surgery under laparoscope,and 2 transfered to open surgery postoperation.Laparoscopic surgery had good merits:little trauma,extensive application and easy mastery.Conclusion With the correct indication,most of gynecological surgery can performed under laparoscope. |
