| 摘 要： | 作者对23例骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)患者的骨髓粒细胞-巨噬细胞集落形成单位(GM-CFU)进行了观察,结果显示:MDS患者的GM-CFU较正常对照明显降低,集簇:集落比,较正常对照明显升高。有2例RAEB型患者死亡,其中1例死于感染和出血。3例RAEB-T型患者均转化为急性白血病死亡。该5例患者的GM-CFU及集簇:集落比的异常十分显著,表明骨髓GM-CFU在MDS患者的预后估价中是一个有用的指标。

| Abstract: | Twenty-three patients with myelodys-plastic syndrome (MDS) were studied withthe soft agar marrow culture assay toidentify granulocyte-macrophage progenitorcells (GM-CFU), ten of whom were withRA, two with RAS, eight with RAEB andthree with RAEB-T. The colony formationsby the marrow cells of the patients withMDS were decreased; while the cluster:colony ratios of whom were increased. Twoof eight patients with RAEB died, one ofwhom died of infection and bleeding.In allthe three patients with RAEB-T with avery low colony formation and a high clus-ter: colony ratio transformed to acute mye-logenous leukemia and died. Our studysupports that patients with RAEB andRAEB-T have a worse prognosis than thosewith RA and RAS, and GM-CFU assay isuseful in predicting the prognosis of MDS. |
