双相显色体液培养瓶临床应用及评价

目的评价双相显色体液培养瓶在细菌感染检测中的应用价值。方法用双相显色体液培养瓶床边接种体液标本，同时用常规法接种血平板和麦康凯平板，并对其阳性检出率、检出时间、检出的细菌种类等指标进行分析比较。结果278份体液标本中，双相显色培养瓶分离出37株细菌，阳性率为13．3％，其中肠杆菌科14株（37．8％），葡萄球菌属7株（18．9％），肠、链球菌属6株（16．2％），真菌5株（13．5％）；而常规培养方法分离出19株细菌，阳性率为6．8％。结论双相显色体液培养瓶检测患者体液标本比常规法好，能做到体液标本及时接种（床边接种），操作简便，菌落易于观察，阳性检出率高，结果准确，是诊断细菌感染的一种较好的方法。

Clinical application and evaluation of the biophasic chromogenic medium for body fluid specimens

Objective To evaluate the application of the biophasic chromogenic medium for fluid specimen. Methods The body fluid specimens were inoculated and tested by the biophasic chromogenic medium and by the routine method （blood agar/MacConkey agar）, and the positive rates, the detection time and the types of the bacteria were compared. Results 37 bacteria strains were isolated from 278 body fluid specimens by the biophasic chromogenic medium, and the positive rate was 13.3%, including Enterobacteriacceae 14 strains （37.8%）, Staphylococcus 7 strains （ 18.9% ）, Entercoccus or Streptococcus 6 strains （ 16.2% ） and fungus 5 strains （ 13.5% ）. While only 19 strains were isolated by the routine method, and the positive rate was 6.8%. Conclusions It is better to use the biophasic chromogenic medium to inoculate the body fluid specimens because of simple manipulation, high positive rate and accuracy.
